Achieving quality and continuity within new branding for full packaging redesign

Product appeal to consumer and market appeal heightened

Café Class is a leading bread and sandwich producer in the Food-to-Go sector, specialising in quality, pre-packed fresh products supplied to the Convenience Store Retail sector. The packaging was lacking top quality branding to match its products, and the brand needed an overhaul. AlphaGraphics were tasked with updating the branding and imagery, creating a full brand pack that would work across all products, including baguettes, pasta and salad pots.
Competitor research kicked off the project, allowing AlphaGraphics to best position Café Class within the market place. Colour and type exploration began, and once graphics were decided upon, these were trialled on a range of product visuals, including packaging, such as a triangle sandwich box, baguette tray, stickers for pre-made buns, salad boxes and pasta bowls.
Following approval and completion, AlphaGraphics then sent the artwork files onto Café Class’ preferred packaging supplier for working up to finalised packaging. The new designs from AlphaGraphics brought the product range in-line, showcasing product quality to the consumer, and refreshing product appeal.
